用于送变电行业的铁塔生产中以及建筑、桥梁等行业的金属结构件生产等行业的联接板冲孔、钻孔和打字。用于汽车大梁冲、小梁冲、横梁及纵梁冲，数控冲孔线等。实现数控冲孔生产线、中厚板数控冲床、数控冲孔机。设备配有一个打字工位，两个冲孔工位，模具装拆方便、定位准确，大大地缩短了工作停顿时间和模具调整时间，提高了工作效率，扩大了该设备的应用范围。
Used in punching, drilling, and marking the connecting plate for electricity transmission & transformation towers, construction, bridges, and other metal structure manufacturing industries. This machine has one marking station and two punching stations. Due to simple installation of mould and accurate positioning, greatly shortens the time for working pause and mould adjustment, thus to improve the working
efficiency and enlarge the application range of the machine. The body of the machine is made of C-shape double steel plate welding structure, with the feature of good rigidity, small volume, light weight and large operating space.

有两个液压驱动的夹钳，夹钳的位置可沿X轴移动，以适应不同大小的工件，夹钳可以在垂直方向浮动。轻微不平的连接板，当进行冲孔压料时，连接板会产生翘起，夹钳随其移动，从而避免损坏夹钳。夹钳的上下钳爪采用装配式，磨损后更换非常方便。
The equipment has two hydraulic clamps and they can move along the X axis as well float in the vertical direction, so as to meet the requirement of different size of the work pieces. If the connection plate is slight uneven, then it will be cocking-up a little when punching press, clamps will move with it, so as to avoid the damage. Clamp is devised into up and down prefabricated chelas, so it is very convenient
