KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
- According to the company's strategic objectives, formulate human resources strategic planning, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc.
根据公司的战略目标,制定人力资源战略规划,包括招聘、培训、绩效管理、薪酬福利等方面。
- Formulate, improve, organize and implement relevant rules and regulations and work processes for human resource management.
制订完善、组织实施人力资源管理有关规章制度和工作流程。
- Supervision and guidance of each module of human resources to ensure the achievement of strategic goals of human resources.
人力资源各模块工作的监督、指导,确保人力资源战略目标达成。
- Lead team to achieve annual target and drive improvement.
带领团队完成年度目标并推动改进。
- Improve teamwork spirit within and cross team.
提高部门内部及跨部门的团队合作精神。
- Other duties as supervisor assigned.
主管交办的其他工作。
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件
- Bachelor or above degree. HR related majors are preferred.
全日制本科及以上学历,人力资源相关专业优先。
- Solid HR overall knowledge and over 5-year experience in foreign companies related working field.
扎实的人力资源全面知识,并有5年以上外企相关工作经验
Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, enabling daily communication.
优秀的英语听说读写能力,能日常沟通。
